Deputy's Car Struck on 490 East (R News)
Monroe County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Rochester man for driving while intoxicating and hitting a deputy's cruiser early Friday morning. A deputy called 911 around 1:30 a.m. to report a vehicle passed him on Interstate 490 eastbound heading west.

The longest lines in town Friday were those wrapping around bookstores for the latest on what happens to J.K. Rowlings' Harry Potter in book seven. At the Barnes and Noble in Pittsford, many waited in line for hours waiting to get their hands on a copy of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows".
