Man Injures Himself in Stand-Off (R News)
A reported stabbing turned into a brief police stand-off on Rochester's west side Saturday afternoon. It started on Spar Circle around 3 p.m. Police initially responded for the call of a stabbing during a fight between a 17-year old man and a woman.

Sheriff's deputies continue to search for an Ontario County woman near Honeoye Lake. Fifty-Six year-old Pamela Edwards was reported missing one week ago. Authorities and family members remain hopeful.

A Rochester man suspected of taking part in dog fighting is in police custody. Ulyssees Russell was arrested Friday afternoon after investigators seized several dogs, drugs, and cash from his Maple Street home.

Ontario Co. Man Dies in ATV Crash (R News)
A East Bloomfield man is died after crashing his ATV around 2:30 a.m. Saturday. State police said Richard Rodriguez, 21, of State Route 64, was riding his ATV down Route 64 in Ontario County when he struck a guardrail.

Some dealers do mark up their prices over the suggested retail of an extended warranty plan. Just like additional dealer markup (ADM) on vehicles, the difference is that ADM is posted on the vehicle. You never know when the dealer is giving you suggested retail or their own higher price for a warranty. It's best to ask them straight out, then double check prices with another dealer.
